DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content published on rf.stkipmb.ac.id infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request in accordance with the procedure below.

1. Filing a DMCA Complaint

A valid DMCA notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.

  • Identification of the infringing material, including direct URLs to the specific content.

  • Your full contact information (name, address, and email).

  • A statement declaring that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.

  • A statement verifying that the information in your notice is accurate.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Requests that fail to include required information may be rejected.

2. Response and Removal

Upon receiving a valid notice:

  • We will review the complaint,

  • remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material,

  • and notify the content contributor (if applicable).

3. Counter Notification

If content is removed under DMCA, the contributor may submit a counter notice asserting lawful use. A valid counter notice must include:

  • Identification of the removed content,

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the use is lawful,

  • Consent to jurisdiction,

  • Contact information,

  • Electronic or physical signature.

4. Repeat Infringement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access in cases of repeated infringement.
